Pipirrana salad, The pipirrana salad is very simple to prepare, it is very good and it is very fresh.
Its main ingredients are tomatoes, peppers and onion, then it can be served with everything that goes well with a salad.
The pipirrana is a typical Murcian salad, I'm sure that in other places it will be similar, only some ingredient will vary. In some places it is eaten with a spoon like a cold soup, since all the ingredients have to be cut very small.
