For fans of pineapple fizz, if you want to prepare a homemade one, I followed this recipe:
Ingredients:
1 can of pineapple
1 lemon
1 bottle of demi-sec champagne
3 tbsp. powdered sugar
Preparation:
In the blender add the pineapple and a little champagne.
In a shaker (failing that, a bottle), beat all the ingredients.
Serve it very cold.
