For this reason, taking the fruit or vegetable in the form of a smoothie or juice is a perfect way to make sure that you cover all the nutritional needs. Also in this case, the shake has a soy drink base so it is perfect for those who follow a vegan diet. On the other hand, oatmeal is a complete and very healthy cereal. As you can see, this healthy shake is perfect to start the day with all the energy that life requires. Without further ado we get down to the kitchen!
- 500 ml of soy drink or any other vegetable drink
- a bowl of rolled oats
- 3 slices of natural pineapple
- a tablespoon of honey or agave syrup
- 3 strawberries
- half a teaspoon ground ginger
- First we are going to put the oat flakes in the blender glass and blend until obtaining a light powder.
- If we have the oats in flour format, we can skip the previous step.
- Now, we add the oatmeal drink to the blender glass and beat for a few seconds.
- We clean the strawberries very well and add them to the mixture.
- Chop the pineapple carefully to remove all the skin very well and add to the glass.
- Then we beat very well until we get a creamy shake.
- Add the ground ginger and the tablespoon of honey and beat again.
- We can add more oats or more soy drink, depending on the desired thickness.
- Drink very cold and consume freshly prepared to enjoy all its properties.
