Today I share with you a recipe that the fact that it likes it is somewhat complicated, perhaps because of the animal or perhaps because of the texture, but the truth is that I like them.

So today we will pig trotters with crawfish. The combination of seafood and trotters is quick to make and delicious.

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 8 small crawfish
