Do you like empanadas? This one that I bring you is 100% homemade and very simple to make… It is enough to have a little mince (the same one used to accompany pasta), some vegetables and puff pastry.

Ingredients
- Dough Empanadas
- 200 grams of minced meat (chicken or beef)
- 3 boiled eggs
- 2 green peppers
- 1 cebolla
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Fried tomato to taste
- Sal Island
- Olive oil
Preparation
- In a small pot we put cook the 3 eggs. And in a frying pan with a splash of olive oil, we add 2 cloves of garlic, finely minced, 2 green peppers also quite minced and the onion to small slices. When the vegetables are almost poached, we add the minced meat and leave over medium heat for about 10 minutes approximately.
- While they are done, let's go stretching the empanada dough to leave it ready only to add the ingredients.
- When the meat and the vegetables are half done, we add the fried tomato (to taste) and stir well so that the flavors mix. We peel the eggs and cut them into very small cubes, which we will add to the mixture of meat, vegetables and tomato. With that mixture we will then fill our empanada dough.
- We place the other sheet of dough on top, and bend and tighten the edges with the help of a fork.
- In the next step We put it in the oven, preheated, at 200º C for about 20-25 minutes until we see that it is golden brown and voila!
