Marinated chicken
Pickled is a lifelong preservation method, and pickled chicken is one of the most classic recipes. It has always been done at home and we love it, especially with pasta.
Making a marinade is really easy, you just have to cook the ingredient to be picked, in this case the chicken and some vegetables with the vinegar, oil, wine and water. After 40 minutes you will love the result. So let's make the recipe ...
Ingredients
- 400 gr pasta
- 2 skinless chicken breasts
- 2 leeks
- 3-4 carrots
- 2 onions
- Carrots 4
- 6-8 garlic
- 200 ml vinegar
- 200 ml white wine
- 200 ml water
- 100 ml olive oil
- 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 sprigs thyme

Preparation
- We will start with the chicken breasts. In a pot we put part of the oil, heat and brown the whole breasts with a pinch of salt, we are not going to chop them. We set aside.
- In this same oil we put the clean, chopped and seasoned vegetables. We will make large chunks. We brown them too.
- Now that we have the golden vegetables, we put the breasts in the pot again and add all the rest of the ingredients (except the pasta that we will cook them separately). Remember to also put the remaining oil.
- Let the whole cook at least 40 ′ or until the chicken breast is tender.
- On the other hand we cook the pasta, in our case spaghetti, the time indicated on the package. I love to accompany pickled chicken with pasta but you can also eat it cold in salads.
- Once the chicken is tender, serve with the pasta and enjoy!
