Peas with squid and ham, a simple and quick dish

Peas with squid and ham

When we talk about fast food, we almost always do it to refer to unhealthy alternatives. However, many very healthy dishes can be prepared in less than half an hour and these peas with squid and ham are a good proof of it.

The squids mark the rhythm of this recipe, which prepares relatively quickly. The rest of the main ingredients do not require more than two or three minutes of cooking or sautéing. And the result is delicious as you can see and healthy. A great main course, which you can complete with some boiled potatoes and a dessert.

Instead of ham cubes you could add to this recipe some fresh bacon bits well toasted. It is ideal, but since it is not a product that we normally consume at home, I have preferred to resort to the convenience of ham cubes. You, you can choose!
