At home we like to incorporate a good amount of onion. I don't know if I've ever told you, but at home, onions fly! Everything seems to us to taste better with a little onion, does the same thing happen to you? And this being the case, and although we have to dedicate a few more minutes to preparing this dish, we could not leave it out of this dish.

The fourth ingredient in this dish, the cooked hollow, it only makes it more complete. Ingredients
  • 1 white onion, julienned
  • 2 cups frozen peas
  • 80 g. of ham cubes
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Pepper

Preparation
  1. Heat a drizzle of oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion over medium-low heat for 10 minutes. After that time, add the ham and sauté for a couple of minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, let's cook the peas in plenty of water for approximately 4 minutes.
  3. We drain the peas and serve them together with the onion and the diced ham.
  4. Top the peas with ham with a boiled egg, cut in half.
