  • Chicken soup
  • 250 gr of Serrano or Iberian ham cubes
  • 4 medium tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 small bell pepper
  • Parsley
  • Sal Island

Preparation
  1. The first thing is to prepare a chicken broth. We can use the ones that are already prepared, but much better if it is homemade.
  2. Submerge the peas, after stripping them of their pods, in the broth and cook. You can add a pinch of salt, although it must be taken into account that the ham will later add its touch of salt. Be careful not to abuse.
