Ingredients
  • 750 gr. frozen peas
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 150-200 gr. salted ham to cubes

Preparation
  1. We will put a container with plenty of water and a little salt. When it starts to boil, add the peas and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
  2. When the peas are ready, remove and drain them well and reserve.
  3. Chop the garlic, cut the ham into strips or cubes if we have bought the whole piece.
  4. We put a frying pan with 2-3 tablespoons of oil. When the oil is hot, we will put the minced garlic over low heat, do not burn, we give the garlic a few turns and add the ham, stir.
  5. Immediately we add the peas to the pan together with the ham and let it cook together for a few minutes so that the peas take on the flavors of the ham and garlic.
  6. We taste and rectify the salt. We can accompany this dish with a boiled egg.
  7. And you will be ready to eat !!!
