Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons oat flakes
  • 250-300 ml. unsweetened almond drink
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • Cinnamon powder and honey to decorate

Preparation
  1. Place the oat flakes and the almond drink in a saucepan. We give heat and once it starts to boil, we cook keeping a very soft boil for 10 minutes without stopping stirring. Thus, the porridge will thicken in that time and will acquire a creamier consistency.
  2. After 10 minutes we put the fire to the minimum and add the mashed banana, pureed, peanut butter and honey. We stir until they are integrated.
  3. Lastly, we cook the whole over medium heat 2 more minutes.
  4. Serve the hot porridge with ground cinnamon and a few strands of honey.
