Peach Upside Down Cake

Peach Upside Down Cake

Seasonal recipes are always attractive to me and summer fruits give rise to many. This peach upside down cake is one of them, a fantastic ending to any outdoor meal accompanied by a ice cream ball of your favorite flavor.

This inverted peach cake is ideal for enjoying this fruit that in a few months we will have to say goodbye to. A generous peach background which once baked and plated is visible, providing sweetness and moisture to this cake that is eaten alone.

If you like traditional cakes with fruits, very sweet and slightly moist, you have to try it! Doing it is also simple; Even if you have never prepared a cake before, this will not pose any challenge. Don't you feel like trying it?
