Peach jam

It can be made from the fruit that you like, but the peach I think is the one you like the most. It is worth doing it, when you try it you will not miss it at home.

Ingredients
  • 1 kilo of peaches
  • 400 grams of sugars
  • The juice of a lemon

Preparation
  1. To prepare the peach jam, we first peel and cut the peaches into pieces.
  2. In the casserole where we are going to cook the peach we will put the peach pieces, the half lemon juice and the sugar.
  3. We will let it rest for 30-40 minutes, we will stir from time to time. A liquid will form, it will be the sugar with the juice released by the peach.
  4. After this time we will put the saucepan on the fire, we will let it cook over medium heat for 40-50 minutes.
  5. We crush the mixture, you can leave it like this with pieces if you like, or crush it to make it like a cream.
  6. If it is very liquid, it can be put on the fire for a while, although when it cools it will thicken. You can also try and if you like it sweeter, take advantage of it to add more sugar.
  7. We will put it in jars and keep it in the fridge.
  8. And we already have the peach jam ready.
