Peach clafoutis, a simple individual dessert
In summer, we enjoy a great variety of seasonal fruit in the market. Make smoothies or incorporate it into desserts as simple as this clafoutisIt is a good option so as not to get bored of always serving it in the same way.
This dessert of french inspiration, a simple combination of eggs, milk, flour, butter and fruit; it is prepared in a few minutes and is very helpful in the presence of unexpected guests. Prepare as many individual casseroles as you have and serve the clafoutis warm.
Ingredients
For 4-5 individual clafoutis
- 4 eggs
- 200 ml. milk
- 120 g. pastry flour
- 40 g. of butter
- 120 g. icing sugar
- 2 ripe peaches
- Vanilla
Crafting
We beat in a bowl the eggs with the sugar until a "frothy" mixture is obtained. Then we add the melted butter and milk, beating until incorporated.
We add the sifted flour and mix with a wooden spoon until we get a smooth dough without lumps.
We peel the peaches and cut into wedges finite. We distribute half of them in the funds of the individual containers.
Then we pour the cream and we complete the presentation by distributing a few more peach segments on top.
We put the oven preheated to 190 degrees until the surface begins to brown and look set.
