Peach and orange puree, recipe for babies
We are going today with a recipe for Babies, we already know how complicated it is sometimes to offer
a varied diet within the world of purees, but by investigating a little we can always discover new flavors for them that at the same time make it easier for us because, I don't know about you, but breakfasts and snacks tend to be more difficult for me to think about, so I have always been trying new recipes and, those that he likes the most, remain fixed in our menu.
Peach is undoubtedly one of my son's favorite fruits, so this summer I spent it adding peach
to many of your breakfasts and snacks, especially when you hardly wanted to eat anything and had to give it a
nudge for a drink.
Ingredients
- 1 peach
- The juice of an orange
- Cookies (optional, you can also add cereals)
Crafting
It is very simple and, if our baby does not mind, we can even do without the mixer. The first thing we will do is scratch the peach with a grater with small holes, that way it will be like a puree. Then we squeeze the orange and mix everything.
If the baby is somewhat delicate with the texture, we can use the mixer and it will be softer. If we wish, we can add cookies or baby cereals just as we can include some other fruit such as banana.
