Pea Faina

This faina is not the common one we know. It cooks in only 25 minutes and you will have an exquisite homemade faina.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup of milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups of boiled peas
  • 4 tbsp. Flour flakes
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp. Baking powder
  • 1 tsp. Of salt
  • Pepper required amount
  • Oil required quantity

Procedure

Oil a roasting pan well and put it to heat in the oven, beat the eggs and add the flour to which you previously incorporated the salt, pepper and baking powder, then the cheese, the peas and the milk.
Put this preparation in the hot roasting pan and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake it very hard for approximately 20 minutes, and serve when warm or cold.
