You can also make creams with frozen vegetables, they are very good and if you like, you can make creams with various vegetables, as you like.
Another option to make the cream smooth is to add potatoes, if you don't want to add more vegetables instead.
- 500 gr. peas
- 1 leek
- 2 potatoes
- 1 liter of water

- To prepare the cream of peas, first chop the onion, peel the potatoes.
- Put a pot with a splash of oil and brown the leek.
- Add the chopped potatoes, mix. Add the peas, stir and mix. Peas can be frozen or fresh.
- Add a liter of water or more if necessary. We leave it until it starts to boil.
- When it starts to boil add a little salt and pepper. We leave it about 15 minutes or until the peas are cooked.
- We crush everything, if necessary we remove a little water before crushing it, if necessary then you can add more water.
- If you like it thinner since the pea has a thick skin, you can pass the cream through the Chinese.
- Once crushed, put the pan back on the fire, add the milk cream, mix.
- You can accompany the cream with a few pieces of toasted bread.
