There are different preparations to spread on bread, biscuits or toast, and today the proposal is to make a soft cream of foie paté so that you can use it at the moment or if you prefer you can reserve it in the refrigerator until the moment of consumption.
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons mayonnaise dressing
4 tablespoons of cream
2 chopped anchovy fillets
2 cans of foie pate
Salt and ground pepper, to taste
Preparation:
Place the nta, the foie paté and the mayonnaise dressing in a bowl. Mix the ingredients until you get a cream and then add the chopped anchovies.
Season the preparation with salt and pepper to taste, stir well and place the cream in a container to use. If not used at the moment, reserve it in the refrigerator.
