Pastry cream for invoices

Ingredients:

1 liter of milk,
200 grams of sugar,
4 eggs, 100 grams of flour,
Lemon rind,
Vanilla.

Preparation:

Heat the milk with the lemon rind. Mix the sugar, eggs and flour in a bowl. When the milk is hot, mix everything and leave over low heat without stopping stirring with the whisk until it thickens.
