Pasta with basil mushrooms

Today's recipe is called pasta with basil mushrooms And it is very simple, the pasta itself only has the tomato sauce and some spices, but when it comes to presenting it we are going to give it a very original touch.

Ingredients
- Pasta
- 1 Tomate
- 1 tray of mushrooms
- 5 peppers
- 3 eggs
- Basil
- Parsley
- Pepper

- Olive oil
- Soft cheese
- Soy sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic
Crafting
On the one hand, we boil the pasta following the manufacturer's instructions. On the other hand, we also put the eggs to boil and, in a frying pan, we add a little olive oil and add the peppers without seeds.
When these are toasted and soft, we remove and reserve them. In the same oil we cook the mushrooms and, once they are ready, we can assemble the dish: We place the mushrooms with a strip of pepper on top of each one, then we place a slice of boiled egg and a piece of cheese on them. We put the dish in the oven until the cheese melts and we reserve.
In the same pan as before we are going to add the tomatoes, garlic, pepper, parsley, basil and salt. We will cook over low heat. When it is ready we place the pasta in the center of the plate, we add the sauce, we give a touch with the soy sauce and that's it.
