Today in the market we can find a great variety of filled pasta that with just 2-3 minutes of cooking are ready to serve. But the stuffed pasta is not the protagonist of our plate today but the mushroom sauce that we have prepared to accompany her.
La stuffed pasta with mushroom sauce that we prepare today it becomes a perfect second dish for this spring after a good salad. It will take just over 20 minutes to prepare it and it will be very simple. Choose some good mushrooms and the result will be excellent.
- 240 g. stuffed pasta
- ½ onion, minced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ glass of white wine
- 12 mushrooms, chopped
- 180 ml. cream for cooking
- Black pepper
- Sal Island
- Chopped parsley
- 1 level tablespoon of butter
- We start by preparing the sauce. We put the butter to heat in a pan. When it melts and bubbles we incorporate the onion and garlic and fry for 5 minutes.
- Then we pour the wine and we let it reduce.
- We add the mushrooms, season and sauté 8 minutes.
- Then we add the cream and stir. Cook 7-8 minutes until the sauce binds and thicken slightly.
- While the sauce is thick, in a pot with plenty of salty water we cook the pasta the time recommended by the manufacturer.
- Once the sauce is thick we correct the salt point and pepper and sprinkle a little parsley.
- We serve the stuffed pasta with the sauce on top.
