- 300 ml. milk
- 60 gr. sugar
- 6 gelatin sheets
- 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
- For the caramel:
- 125 gr. sugar
Preparation
- We put the gelatin sheets in cold water to hydrate. We booked.
- We put a saucepan on the fire with the cream, milk, vanilla extract and sugar, we will have it over medium heat and we will not stop stirring so that it does not stick to the bottom.
- When it starts to boil, remove from the heat, drain the gelatins well and add them to the mixture in the pan, put on the fire and mix everything well until the gelatins are completely dissolved.
- We will prepare individual molds or in a larger mold and fill them with the mixture, let it cool a little, then we will put them in the fridge for a minimum of 4-5 hours, or until the next day
- We prepare the caramel a little before serving it, in another casserole we put the caramel that melts little by little, you can put a couple of tablespoons of water, when we see that it takes a not very strong golden color, we turn it off.
- When we remove the molds, we put each panna-cotta on a plate and serve with the caramel on top.
