Pancakes stuffed with meat

Today I bring you some pancakes stuffed with meat, ideal for an informal dinner.

They are also known for burritos, wraps .... Prepare these rolls are great, they are very good and they like a lot, also each one prepares it on their plate to their liking, I put all the ingredients prepared in plates and thus each one prepares it.

Ingredients
  • 4-6 Wheat or corn pancakes
  • 500 gr. minced meat
  • Lettuce
  • Onion
  • 1 pot of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of ground parsley
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • Pepper
  • Oil and salt
  • Hot sauce (optional)

Preparation
  1. To prepare some rolls stuffed with meat, we first prepare the ingredients.
  2. We put a frying pan with a jet of oil, we add the minced meat and we will cook it. We will add salt, pepper and curry to the meat. We will leave it until the meat is cooked. When the meat is ready, we turn off and reserve.
  3. While the meat is being cooked, we prepare the sauce and the accompaniment. We wash the lettuce and cut into pieces, we do the same with the onion. loin we put on a plate.
  4. On the other hand we prepare the sauce. In a bowl we put 3-4 tablespoons of mayonnaise, add the ground garlic and parsley, stir and add 2-3 tablespoons of water, stir again and add water until we have a cream.
  5. We then put the pancakes in the pan. A couple of minutes on each side and we are putting them on a plate.
  6. We start to assemble the rolls. Each one on his plate prepares it for him. We put a little lettuce and onion cut into strips.
  7. Next we put a little minced meat on top. On top of the meat we put a few tablespoons of the white sauce.
  8. If you like, we will add a little hot sauce. And we roll them up.
  9. To roll them up so that we drop everything from the bottom, we will roll them up, then on the sides, so we form the rolls.
  10. We will fill the rolls with all the ingredients.
