The panacota or panna cotta is nothing more than a kind of jelly based on cream cooked with sugar and raising agent. Great as a dessert or snack for kids.

Ingredients
  • 1 sheet of gelatin.
  • 200 ml of liquid cream for desserts.
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar.
  • Cold water.
  • Honey or red berries (garnish).

Preparation
  1. Place the gelatin sheet in a bowl with very cold water.
  2. Arrange the cream in a saucepan at simmer and cook 10 minutes without stopping to stir.
  3. Remove from fire and add the sugar.
  4. Then the gelatin well drained and stir until dissolved.
  5. Pour over the molds and place in the refrigerator until set.
  6. Unmold and decorate with red berries or honey.

Notes
The panacota can be a delicious dessert for children or as a snack.
