Panacota recipe (panna cotta)
The panacota or panna cotta is nothing more than a kind of jelly based on cream cooked with sugar and raising agent. Great as a dessert or snack for kids.

Ingredients
- 1 sheet of gelatin.
- 200 ml of liquid cream for desserts.
- 2 tablespoons of sugar.
- Cold water.
- Honey or red berries (garnish).
Preparation
- Place the gelatin sheet in a bowl with very cold water.
- Arrange the cream in a saucepan at simmer and cook 10 minutes without stopping to stir.
- Remove from fire and add the sugar.
- Then the gelatin well drained and stir until dissolved.
- Pour over the molds and place in the refrigerator until set.
- Unmold and decorate with red berries or honey.
Notes
The panacota can be a delicious dessert for children or as a snack.
