Prawn paella with mussels, there is nothing better than enjoying a good paella. Sometimes it is not necessary to have many ingredients but they must be of good quality to prepare a good paella.
With only some mussels, prawns and a few slices of squid I prepared this paella and I stay very good, on other occasions I put a lot of things on it and it doesn't come out so good. Rice is a dish that is very popular in all ways and with different ingredients it is a great dish.

- Fish broth or water
- 350 gr. rice approx.
- 12 prawns
- ½ kilo of mussels
- If you have some squid
- ½ green pepper
- ½ onion
- 2 garlic
- 5 tablespoons of tomato puree
- Saffron
- Oil and salt
- The first thing is to make a fish broth, it can also be bought. You can also boil the mussels separately and use that broth.
- In the casserole where we are going to prepare the rice, we will put a little oil, when it is hot, we put the pepper and the chopped onion, we fry it a little and we add the minced garlic. Then we add the crushed tomato. We let it cook over medium heat.
- We will put the squid that sauté a little together with the sauce.
- When we see that the sauce is ready, we will add the broth, 750 ml. about. It is usually put twice as much broth as rice.
- When it starts to boil we will add the rice a little saffron and a little salt, we will taste it, after 10 minutes we will add the mussels and prawns.
- After about 5-8 minutes we turn it off, let it rest for 5 minutes and that's it.
- And you are ready to eat.
