Orange syrup

We will make a tasty recipe for orange syrup, so you can use it at any time when you want to decorate and flavor a frozen dessert or simply sprinkle a portion of ice cream.

Ingredients:

1 liter of water
50 grams of citric acid
zest of 10 oranges
11/2 kilo of sugar

Preparation:

Place in a container, the zest of the oranges, the sugar, the citric acid and the boiling water.

Once this step is done, let it rest for 3 days, stirring every so often. Then, filter this preparation through a canvas and store it in a bottle. Lastly, keep the syrup in the fridge until you use it.
