Ingredients:
2 dl of orange juice
Yolks 5
100 grams of sugars
1 dl of milk
80 grams of dried almonds
30 grams of orange peel
1 sheet of gelatin
2g vanilla extract
Preparation:
Mix the yolks with the sugar, almonds and vanilla. Gradually add the orange juice and milk.
Meanwhile, soak the gelatin in cold water and cut the orange peel very finely without the white part as it is bitter. Bring the mixture to a boil. Then, off the heat, add the gelatin and stir the mixture well to mix.
Pour the pudding mixture into a caramel lined mold. Let cool and then refrigerate 3-4 hours. Before serving sprinkle with orange peel.
