Ingredients
  • 500 ml. orange juice
  • 350 gr. condensed milk
  • 400 ml. whipping cream
  • 10 sheets of jellies
  • 1 jar of liquid caramel
  • Oranges or tangerines for garnish

Preparation
  1. To prepare the orange flan without an oven, we will first put the gelatin sheets in cold water. We will have them for about 5-10 minutes.
  2. We will squeeze the oranges until we obtain 500 ml. of orange juice.
  3. In a saucepan we put the cream, the orange juice and the condensed milk. We put it to heat over medium heat, without stopping to stir. When it starts to boil we remove it.
  4. We drain the gelatin sheets well. We add them to the previous preparation, stirring until they are dissolved.
  5. We take a mold and cover the bottom with liquid caramel.
  6. We add the flan mixture in the mold.
  7. We will leave it in the fridge until it is set- 7-8 hours or overnight.
  8. We take out and serve.
