Onions, celery and carrot vinaigrette

Good vinaigrettes accompany various dishes go well with sandwiches accompanying red and white meats vegetable dishes enhancing the flavor of your meals.

Ingredients

2 onions
1 celery
6 large carrots
200 cm3 of water
Go out to your liking
3 olive oil
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon oregano

Procedure

Cut the celery into julienne, the onion into rings and the carrot into very thin slices, boil the carrot with plenty of water and salt to taste for 5 minutes then add the onion and boil next to the carrot for 2 more minutes, Remove from the heat and leave it cool, add the celery and mix.

Prepare the dressing by mixing the 200 cm3 of water with the oil, vinegar, oregano and a pinch of salt.

Place this dressing on top of the onions and leeks and serve cold.
