Ingredients
1 pie crust disc
2 onions
3 celery stalks
200 grams of Gruyere cheese
3 eggs
15 cherry tomatoes
150cm3 of cream
Salt Amount needed
Procedure
Sauté the onion and celery in a frying pan, with hot oil for about 3 minutes, spread the dough in a pan brushed with butter or oil and pour the onion, celery, place the cherry tomatoes cut in half and add the cheese, beat the eggs and mix them with the cream and a little salt, pouring them over the onion and cheese.
Take to a moderate and preheated oven for 30 minutes, remove from the oven and serve warm or cold.
