Sometimes, we don't have much time in the kitchen to make very sophisticated preparations, but, nevertheless, we want to surprise our dining friends. That is why today I present you this recipe for onion rings, a recipe for accompany any dish or simply as an aperitif.

The appetizers are great for snacks among others, this way, we get a little hungry for lunch or to dinner. However, snacking between meals is what makes us fat, but if snacking is with healthy recipes like these rings, it is a great idea.

Ingredients

  • 1 glass of milk
  • Flour.
  • Sunflower oil.
  • Salt

Preparation

First of all, to make this recipe, we will have to cut the onion into a thickness of 1 cm thick to be able to remove all the rings that they have when we cut a slice.
