Onion, pepper and egg pizza, a quick dinner

Onion, pepper and egg pizza

On the weekend we bet at home on relaxed and quick dinners, especially when the good weather starts and the afternoons get longer. That is why there is never a lack of pizza bases in the freezer or in your case, prepared dough to make them.

You get home and in just 10 minutes you can have a pizza ready to put in the oven, there is nothing easier than that. A pizza also accepts an endless number of ingredients such as onion, green pepper and egg; common ingredients in our kitchen. Delicious and easy!

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza base (very thin)
  • 5 tablespoons of homemade tomato
  • 1 cebolla
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 egg
  • Grated cheese

Crafting

We preheat the oven at 200ºC

We cut the julienned onion and we put it in a bowl with a little salt and a drizzle of oil. We stir the mixture well and cover the container with kitchen film. We put in the microwave 6 minutes; later in the oven we will finish cooking.

We place the pizza base on our baking sheet lined with parchment paper. We cover the tomato pizza base, spreading the sauce with a spoon. Next we grate a little cheese, in my case, cured.

Add the onion and the pepper cut into rings; we try to spread them well. In the middle of the pizza, we hatch an egg.

We put in the oven at 200-220ºC between 12-15 minutes.

Notes

I have used cured cheese because it was the one I had at home, but you can substitute it for mozzarella or even cream cheese, to your liking.
