Ham and cheese omelette

Ham and cheese omelette, a very simple recipe. We are always in a hurry and preparing an omelette is easy and fast for us, but we can make them not so boring and prepare them accompanied by other ingredients that can give an omelette much more flavor.

As well we can make them and fill them as if they were crepes, we can fill it and roll them. The proposal that I bring you is very simple and with a lot of flavor, of ham and cheese, which everyone always likes and I have accompanied it with some mushrooms. For a good dinner it is a very complete dish, with some vegetables or salad it is a great dish.

Ingredients
  • 1 eggs + 1 white
  • 2 slices of ham
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • Some fresh or canned mushrooms
  • Oil and salt
  • To accompany:
  • Salad or some tomatoes

Preparation
  1. First we will beat the eggs and the white, once well beaten we season it with a little salt.
  2. If we put fresh mushrooms, we cut them very finely and sauté them first in a pan. If they are canned, we can sauté them with a little garlic and parsley so that they have more flavor or leave them like that.
  3. We put a frying pan on the fire with a little oil, when this is hot we toss the beaten egg over a very low heat, we let it curdle with a very low heat.
  4. When we see that it is almost there, we first put the ham in the middle of the tortilla, on top of it the cheese and the mushrooms, with the help of a spatula we fold the tortilla on the side that has nothing and then we turn it over to finish making and the cheese is very soft.
  5. And it will be ready to eat !!!
  6. Serve right away with a salad.
