Olive and mushroom sauce

If you have one of those dinners in which you have to show off, or it is simply special for you, I leave you a delicious olive and mushroom sauce:

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons dried mushrooms
  • 3/4 glasses of Jerez
  • 100 cm3 of milk cream
  • 1 cebolla
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 can of tomatoes
  • 6 pitted black olives
  • 6 pitted green olives
  • A pinch of sugar
  • Oregano, salt and pepper to taste

Procedure
Soak 3 tablespoons of dried mushrooms in 3/4 glass of sherry. Chop the onion, sauté it with the oil, add the finely chopped tomato and then add the mushrooms together with the sherry, green and black olives.

Finally, add the oregano, salt and pepper to taste and a teaspoon of sugar. Stir well and to finish add the 100 cm3 of milk cream
