Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cup self-rising flour (can also be fine whole wheat flour)
2 tbsp. diet cacao
4 tbsp. of oats
1 tbsp. sweetener
1 tbsp. of oil
4 tbsp. skim milk
1/2 or 1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 or 1 tbsp. vanilla essence
Preparation:
Lubricate a pan 24 with enough vegetable spray and prepare the oven at medium temperature. In a bowl, beat the eggs well with the sweetener, the baking powder and the vanilla essence.
Pour the flour in like rain along with the cocoa, while mixing. Add the oatmeal and oil to the mixture, mix again and pour into the chosen container.
Cook in an oven at medium temperature. Remove from the oven once cooked, and cut into the shape you prefer; It is placed on another plate and dried in the oven at minimum and door between open.
