Noodles are a type of noodles that are used in many recipes of Asian cuisine. In addition to being an ingredient that accepts an infinite number of supplements, it is prepared in a few minutes and this makes it a great option when you do not have too much time. On this occasion, I have prepared these noodles with chicken and peppers in soy sauce.

But the options are endless you can add prawns, other types of seafood and various vegetables and always, the result will be a delicious dish. If you want to surprise your guests, this dish can be a great option, original, simple and fast, with which you will surely succeed. Without further ado we get down to the kitchen!

Ingredients
  • 500 gr of pasta noodles
  • A chicken breast
  • A piece of red pepper
  • 1 piece of green pepper
  • A serving of yellow bell pepper
  • ½ onion
  • One teaspoon curry powder
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Half a glass of water
  • extra virgin olive oil

Preparation
  1. First we are going to clean the chicken breast very well by removing the fat.
  2. We wash with cold water and dry with absorbent paper.
  3. Cut the breast into thin strips and add salt and curry powder.
  4. We put a deep frying pan on the fire and add a drizzle of virgin olive oil.
  5. We cook the chicken completely and add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
  6. Once the sauce reduces, remove the chicken from the pan and reserve.
  7. We wash the peppers very well and cut them into strips, ensuring that they are all a similar size.
  8. We cut the onion in julienne.
  9. We return the pan to the fire and cook the vegetables all together for a few minutes.
  10. Meanwhile, we put a saucepan with water on the fire.
  11. When the water starts to boil, add the noodles and cook for 3 minutes.
  12. We drain with cold water to cut the cooking and let all the water drain away.
  13. When the peppers are ready, we add the chicken again.
  14. Now, we add the noodles to the pan and add the soy sauce that we had reserved.
  15. To finish, we also add half a glass of water and let it reduce to medium heat for a couple of minutes.

Notes
It is important to serve the noodles immediately, otherwise the pasta will overcook and become soft.
