Chocolate flan without oven, a simple and rich dessert especially for chocolate lovers, a delight. It is prepared with few ingredients and it is very good. The traditional flanIt is prepared in the oven in a bain-marie, this is much simpler. It can also be made without eggs and prepared with gelatin, curd or like this one that I have prepared.
The chocolate flan is the ideal dessert for childrenIt is creamy and very rich, you can use milk chocolate or dark chocolate, you can put liquid caramel, although I did not add it.
- 1 liter of milk
- Yolks 4
- 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 4 tablespoons of corn flour (Cornstarch)
- 125 gr. sugar
- To prepare the chocolate flan without an oven, first we will put a saucepan on the fire with ¾ parts of a liter of milk, add the sugar. We will stir, we will have a medium heat. We will put the rest of the milk in a bowl.
- We separate the whites from the yolks of eggs.
- We will put the yolks in the bowl where we have the milk, stir and mix. In the same bowl we will add the 4 tablespoons of corn flour. We stir, we mix until everything is dissolved.
- In the saucepan that we have on the fire, we will add the cocoa powder little by little, we will stir until everything is dissolved.
- Once the chocolate is dissolved, add the bowl where we have the milk, with the eggs and the cornmeal, to the saucepan.
- We mix everything until it thickens, when it is thick we remove and fill a few glasses with the chocolate cream. We let them temper and put them in the fridge.
- We serve !!!
This is not really a flan, just a chocolate pastry cream, rich but not a flan !!
