Another advantage is its low fat content, in addition to contributing to the diet, among other minerals, iodine and iron and vitamins of group B. Continuing with our line of simple and quick recipes, we will use frozen mussels. Perhaps you prefer to buy them with their shells, wash them, scrape them, discard those that are open or broken and after they are cooked, put aside those that are closed, but today we are going to hurry and in a moment we will have our plate ready.

Ingredients (4 servings)
- 400 gr of mussel meat
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- juice of one lemon
- 1 glass of white wine
- parsley
- olive oil
- Dehydrated cranberries
- potatoes for frying
Preparation
We peel and cut the potatoes into sticks, or we buy them frozen. We fry in abundant hot oil.
Cover the bottom of a paella pan with olive oil and add the minced garlic, fry without letting it brown. Then we add the wine, lemon juice, blueberries and mussels. Salt and season to taste. We let the preparation boil.
Finally we add the chopped parsley with a teaspoon of mustard or instant cornmeal to thicken the sauce.
It is allowed to dip the potatoes in the sauce !!!!!
