Ingredients
  • 1 kilo of mussels
  • 1 cebolla
  • 2 garlic
  • A small glass of white wine (150 ml.)

  • Some sweet or hot paprika
  • 100 gr. fried tomato
  • A bay leaf

Preparation
  1. We clean the mussels, removing all the beard from the shells. We booked.

  4. Let everything cook for about 15 minutes until the mussels will open. We taste the sauce in case we want to season and remove the mussels that have not been opened, because that is that they are not good.
  5. Chop the parsley and put it on top and turn off.
  6. And we serve !!!
  7. They can be consumed hot or cold, from one day to the next the sauce is much better.
