Today we bring you a very seasonal dish since we have one of the star ingredients in autumn-winter: mushrooms. These in our recipe we have seasoned with some chicken breasts al organic black garlic from Montalbán (Córdoba) and with a Pedro Ximénez sauce which was delicious.

Ingredients
  • 500 grams of mushrooms
  • 750 grams of chicken breasts
  • 200 ml of Pedro Ximénez
  • 5 organic black garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Sal Island
  • Black pepper

Preparation
  1. The first thing we will do is very lightly grill the chicken breasts. It will be a short time because then we will cook them together with the mushrooms and there they will finish being made. So in a frying pan with a jet of oil, we will go through the grill for a couple of minutes each of the breasts. They will go with a little salt and black pepper added. Once lightly roasted, we will separate them on a plate.
  2. In the same pan where we have roasted the chicken fillets, we will add a little more olive oil, 5 black garlic cut in half along with the mushrooms well washed previously. We will put them over medium heat and we will move well every 5 minutes. When they are something cute We will add the 200 ml of Pedro Ximénez together with the breasts of chicken. We will let do over medium heat for about 10 minutes more.
  3. The rest, you already know: set aside, taste and enjoy.
