  • 500 gr. mushroom
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 100 ml. white wine
  • 1 teaspoon sweet, hot, or cayenne paprika
  • Olive oil

Preparation
  1. To make the mushrooms with garlic sauce, we will first start by cleaning the mushrooms with the help of a slightly damp kitchen paper, we clean them in case they have dirt.
  2. We cut the mushrooms into medium pieces, if they are mushrooms we slice them, the ones that are very large are split in half or in three pieces.
  3. Peel and chop the garlic.
  4. We put a frying pan over medium heat with a jet of oil, we add the minced garlic before the oil is heated, so that the oil takes on flavor little by little.
  5. When they start to be golden, add the assorted mushrooms, let the mushrooms cook, they will remain in half when cooked.
  6. When they are cooked and a little golden, add the spicy or sweet paprika, stir and add the white wine, let the alcohol evaporate for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Add a little salt and pepper, let it cook for a couple of minutes and that's it.
