Our mushrooms and champignons They are a great food now for autumn to make an individual recipe with it or to make it as an accompaniment to another main one. In our case, we have chosen to make a unique dish of mushrooms, mushrooms and chopped chicken breast, which we have accompanied with liquid cooking cream, goat cheese and spices.

- In a frying pan, we will put a good jet of olive oil, in which once hot, we will add the good onion laminated to poach. Once it is poached, we will add the mushrooms and champignons that we will have washed well previously. This is the longest process, because mushrooms and champignons they will expel a lot of water and it will take time to go completely. We recommend raising the heat to medium high and waiting for about a few 15-20 minutes. We have to stir from time to time.
- Once the mushrooms and mushrooms have been done and there is no water left, we can add the chicken breast cut into pieces (in our case we have bought it already made). We also add a little salt.
- We stir well and let flavors mix for a couple of minutes. Following, we add the cream to cook, a bit of black pepper and another bit of nutmeg. We stir well and let it cook for about 5 minutes. While those 5 minutes pass, we add the two cubes of Goat cheese that will melt in the heat while the cream finishes thickening.
- And ready! We withdraw from the fire, we taste salt (the cream is too sweet and we may have to add a pinch more) and set aside.
