Preparation

If it is large and you want it to have a good sauce add 2 tablespoons of flour. let it cook for a minute. Add the white wine, let it reduce for 2-3 minutes and add the fish stock, stir and cook for 10 minutes. We taste the salt and leave it to our liking.
  5. After this time we salt the monkfish pieces and add it to the broth, we leave it for 7-8 minutes. If you like it more, echo you can leave it for more time.
  6. When the fish is done, add the prawns for a couple of minutes. Chop enough parsley, add it to the pan and turn off.
