Ingredients
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 red pepper
  • ½ fresh onion
  • Olive oil
  • Apple vinager
  • Final salt
  • Oregano

Preparation
  1. In this recipe, the only thing that is cooked as such is the red pepper. We will put it in the oven or on a grill plate, until it is golden enough on the outside to be able to remove the skin without any problem. When we have it roasted, we will discard the skin and the seeds inside, we will cut it into thin strips, we will put it in a bowl together with half an onion, chopped into small cubes and we will dress with olive oil, fine salt, apple cider vinegar and a little oregano. This mixes the let it rest in the refrigerator for about 20-25 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, we are peeling both the tomato and the cucumber. We will both cut them in half.
  3. When enough time has passed, we will add with the help of a spoon, the seasoned peppers each of the tomato and cucumber halves, taking care of the presentation and of course, adding a few tablespoons of the dressing itself.
