Today I bring you a very simple recipe, some mini chocolate filled croissants. It is worth preparing because they are delicious sweets.

The cruasant is a bun of puff pastry In the shape of a half moon, it is well known for breakfasts and snacks, we can eat them sweet or savory. There is a great variety and ways to do it, but the one that the little ones especially like the most are the filled with chocolate.

Ingredients
  • Puff pastry
  • Nutella, Nocilla or any cocoa cream, dark or white chocolate fondant
  • Flour (XNUMXg)
  • 1 egg to paint the dough
  • Icing sugar, chocolate noodles, jam ...

Preparation
  1. We spread the puff pastry on the kitchen counter, we will put a little flour so that the dough does not stick to us.
  2. We cut the dough making triangles, the bigger the triangles the bigger the croissants will be, if the dough is round you only have to divide the dough, making a cut in half, this in turn another half and thus even forms all triangles .
  3. We will put in each piece of dough a tablespoon of chocolate cream, or a fondant chocolate chip, in the widest part of the triangle.
  4. We roll up to the finest part leaving the chocolate inside, we curve the ends a little
  5. made inside so that it has the shape.
  6. We turn on the oven at 180ºC
  7. We put baking paper on a plate and we will put all the croissants, we paint them with beaten egg and we will bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until we see that the puff pastry is golden.
  8. We remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  9. Sprinkle with a little icing sugar.
  10. And ready for a snack.
  11. You can decorate them with chocolate or colored noodles, jam ...
