This time I have prepared them very simply, the meat is turkey and I have seasoned it, and to accompany it I have prepared a caramelized onion that goes very well, apart from that you can add vegetables, such as lettuce, tomato, onion ...

Ingredients
  • 500 gr. ground turkey
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 egg
  • A little chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper.
  • For the caramelized onion:
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 spoon of sugar
  • Small hamburger buns

Preparation
  1. We prepare the minced meat, put it in a bowl, add the minced garlic, salt, parsley, pepper and 1 whole egg. We mix it well and let it rest for a few hours in the fridge.
  2. While we are preparing the caramelized onion, we peel the onion and cut it into very fine rings.
  3. We put a pan to heat over medium low heat with the oil, when it is hot we add the cut onions and add a little salt.
  4. Let it cook over low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring from time to time so that the onion does not stick. After this time, add the sugar and vinegar and cook over a slightly higher heat for another 10-15 minutes. Until the onion is ready.
  5. We pass it to a serving platter.
  6. We take the minced meat and prepare hamburgers and form small hamburgers. We put a grill on the fire with a little oil and we cook the hamburgers, we put them in a source.
  7. We serve the meat and onion piping hot, the rolls and salad to accompany them, and each diner prepares their hamburger.
