Ingredients
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 celery
  • 1 large potato.
  • 100 g thick noodles.
  • 1 chicken drumstick.
  • Bones for the stew: bacon, crust, white bone and rib.
  • ½ pill of avecrem.
  • Water.

Preparation
  1. We put in an espresso pot all the bones of the pot and thigh well washed.
  2. We peel the potato, carrots and leek and we chop it up and add it to the pot.
  3. Cover with water and heat until it boils.
  4. We skim in broth for about 10 minutes.
  5. We close the pot and let it cook as soon as steam out one hour.
  6. We let the steam go and open the pot.
  7. Strain the broth and save the thigh for some croquettes or pringá and the chop vegetables we will place them on the plate to serve.
  8. We will boil a little of the broth to cook the noodles and serve.
