Today we bring you a simple recipe that will take you a short time and that will help you give a richer flavor to your macaroni, spaghetti and pasta usually. It's about the minced meat for pasta: It is usually beef that we can buy already minced in any butcher or supermarket. There are people who give it an extra flavor of garlic and onion, including these ingredients in the recipe but I have preferred to flavor it with the help of spices, thinking especially of children and those people who do not like to find pieces of onion or garlic.

Ingredients
  • 1 kg of minced meat
  • 175 ml of white wine
  • 1 lozenges of avecren
  • Olive oil
  • Curry to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation
  1. In a frying pan, we pour a drizzle of olive oil. Just enough to cover the bottom of the pan so the meat doesn't stick. When it is very hot, we add the kilo of minced meat and remove with the help of a wooden shovel, causing the meat to flake completely, not stick, and stay loose.
  2. Then with the fire quite high, we pour the white wine and we keep stirring. We wait for the alcohol in the wine to evaporate before adding the avecren pill well crumbled, a little curry and black pepper so that it takes on flavor and a little salt. Do not go overboard with the salt, that the lozenge already has.
  3. We stir again and we let all the flavors bind, over a low heat for 5 more minutes.
  4. And we put aside: we can use all the meat that same day, but if there are few diners we can set aside and freeze, No problem.
