Ingredients
  • 300 ml. milk
  • 20 g. pure cocoa
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  • 12g of Maizena.
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Preparation
  1. We mix all the ingredients in a bowl suitable for the microwave with some manual rods.
  2. Once all the ingredients are integrated, take the bowl to the microwave at maximum power for one minute. Then we take out and stir with the rods.
  3. We repeat the process. Put it back in the microwave for a minute and then take it out and stir.
  4. We repeat a third time. The texture that we must achieve is that of a custard, if so we will have finished. If not, it will be enough to put the bowl back in the microwave at maximum power but now in batches of 30 seconds. until you achieve it.
  5. Once we have the desired texture, we divide the custard into two glasses and take it to the fridge to cool down.
  6. We enjoyed the cold microwaved chocolate custard.
