  • 2 tablespoon of corn flour (Maizena)
  • 125 sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
  • 1 spoonful of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of powder sugar

Preparation
  1. To make the cheese cake in the microwave, we will first start by putting the ingredients in a bowl or a robot, we will put the eggs, the cheese tub, the yogurts, the sugar, the vanilla essence, we crush everything with the robot or rods.
  2. We take a microwave-safe bowl that can be made of glass or silicone that is a bit high, since it usually rises a bit when it is made and then it goes down, we spread the mold with a little butter, we add all the cake mixture.
  3. We put the microwave at maximum power 950W for 7 minutes, if your power is lower calculate the time, according to the microwave the time can vary, sometimes it is better to put one minute less. When it is, let the cake rest in the microwave for 10 minutes.
  4. We take it out, let it cool and put it in the fridge for a few hours or overnight, which will be even better.
  5. When it is, we take it out, sprinkle it with icing sugar and accompany it with jam.
